The brief asked to boost the use of BBVA’s app within clients that doesn't know its benefits.
instead of forcing the clients to download the app, our idea was to improve every single part of a visit to the bank.
As you may guess, going to the bank is not as easy or fast as the app, but it going to the bank got better, then simply imagin how good the app is.
